What are your likes and dislikes about competing?
The best thing about competing is the people I’ve met over the years.
I honestly don’t have any dislikes about competing
Who or what has been your biggest inspiration and why?
These are three people I’ve looked up to through the years, they have always gave me motivation through each prep and awesome advice

The reward at the end
What is the biggest misconception people have about your comp pursuits?
The amount of hard work that goes into a prep and the mentality it takes to do one as well

What has been a most memorable competition experience you have had and why?
Meeting Arnold on stage with the overalls after winning my category at the Arnolds Classic 2019
Any funny prep or comp experiences you would like to share?
I once heated my food in the microwave and then put it back in the fridge, took me half an hour to realise what I had done with my food.
What are your comp and BB aspirations for the next 2 to 5 years?
My goal is to compete at the Amateur Olympia in 2020 and get my 212 pro card
